Metaphiers accepts returns of unused products in their original packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days. You will have to purchase your own return label for the items. You can choose to exchange the product, return it for store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.
If the returned items show visible signs of wear, are missing items, or have damaged packaging, your return will not be eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Please note that there are exceptions to our return policy stated below:
Discounted items cannot be returned for a refund nor exchanged.
To return a purchased item, follow the steps below:
- Email us at team@metaphiers.com with your order number and state which items you would like to return.
- Order a shipping label to this address: PO Box 140193 Saint Louis, MO 63114
- Please ensure that the items you’re returning do not have any visible signs of use and that you are returning all the original items that came in the box.
- Package the products into their original packaging.
- Put the products into shipment packaging and label them.
- Bring your package to the post or order a pick-up from your location.
We will process your return within 10 days of receiving it, and items will be assessed to determine whether or not they are eligible for a refund. If your returned products are accepted, you will get a refund within 14 to 30 days of the return.
Replacement
If the product arrives damaged, it will be replaced. If the product packaging arrives damaged but the product is unharmed, it is not eligible for replacement. You must request replacement within 10 days of receiving damaged products in order to be eligible for replacement.
If your products arrive damaged, please follow these steps.
- Email us at team@metaphiers.com with your order number and pictures of the damaged products.
- The subject line should be “Replacement request”.
- Specify if the shipping box arrived damaged.
- Be able to reply if follow-up information is needed.
If the product is determined to have arrived damaged, a replacement will be sent to you within 10 days of receiving your emailed replacement request.
